1. Translating your vision and tastes into an actionable construction plan, budget, and timeframe: 

• Brinton meets with you to help capture your project vision and priorities 
• If requested, Brinton along with the assigned Project Manager and design team present design and material options to maximize your budget and to increase construction value
• Brinton and Project Manager present an actionable work plan and timeline for your approval 

2. Managing the complete construction process from site preparation to the finishing details with minimal impact on your and your family: 

• Project Manager works with homeowners to create a work environment that is as comfortable and convenient as possible during construction. If necessary, we establish clean, accessible and functional temporary living arrangements 
• Project Manager to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work site 
• Project Manager reviews project progress and status with you, using our proprietary project milestone checklist 
• Project Manager is responsible for on-time, on-budget project delivery 

3. Exceeding your expectations for quality, excellence, and craftsmanship in each and every construction deliverable: 

• We direct leading craftspeople, material suppliers and manufacturing resources to deliver highest quality products and finishes 
• Brinton along with the Project Manager rigorously inspect all finished products throughout the process 
• With your positive project review and approval, the project is successfully completed
